The event had a kick start with the introduction of Dr Prof. Andre Pasa, professor at the physics department of the Federal University of Santa Catarina. The seminar was involved with the growth of ferrocyanides (Prussian Blue Compounds) for intercalation studies and resistive switching devices. It had differentiated between Prussian blue and Prussian white compounds.
